100% - Day One

I've had a bad couple of days, haven't really stuck to the plan. So I am going to try for a 100% week this week.

The idea is to have as much of each meal as a Superfree food and keep syns to a strict minimum!

Breakfast:

2 rashers of bacon, garlic mushrooms, an egg and a wholemeal roll (HxB)
1 tbsp ketchup (1 syn)
Strawberries and Yogurt

Lunch:


Tea:
